FAQs
1. What is a pillow sham?
A pillow sham is a decorative pillow cover that goes over your sleeping pillow. It usually has an opening in the back (envelope or zipper closure) and adds texture to your bed.
2. What does "waffle weave" feel like?
3. Are these shams machine washable?
4. How do I close the sham – is there a zipper?
5. Do these shams fit standard-size pillows?
The color oatmeal was as it appeared in listing photos. I'm pleased with the quality and look of these pillow covers. I purchased the 26x26 size for my 26x26 pillows and should have sized down as they are a little loose.
Beautiful pillow covers! They run large. I thought they'd fit the pillows a little bit better than they do. I ordered the Queen size, but they fit a King Size pillow much better than a Queen size pillow. Had I known they ran this large, I would have ordered ones for a regular size pillow to put on my Queen size pillows. You can see the 'overhang'on the Queen size pillow in the case and how they really fit nicely on a King Size Pillow. These are good quality cases and worth the price.
I received the pillowcase a few weeks ago. The packaging was exquisite, and it looked beautiful once opened. There were a few loose threads on the fabric, but they weren't stuck to anything; they looked like they had fallen onto the pillowcase. (This is why I deducted one star.)
I turned the pillowcase inside out, put it in a laundry bag, washed it on a gentle cycle, and then dried it. After washing, some more loose threads appeared on the pillowcase, this time stuck to the fabric. I easily trimmed them and carefully checked the stitching to make sure they were still secure. Everything was perfect.
The zipper is on the long side of the pillowcase. I hadn't used this design before and thought it would be a hassle, but honestly, it feels great. I'd forgotten how much I hated stuffing my pillows into pillowcases. Now I can do it in less than a minute, and it looks fantastic!
Overall, I recommend this pillowcase. It looks beautiful on my bed and matches my style perfectly.
Really nice shams; super soft. We haven't used them for sleeping yet;right now these are just serving as decorative pillows until we have guests.
They look great, color as described! Fit stand queen pillows perfectly.
Pillow cases are just as described. They look super cute on my daughter's bed.
Matches perfectly with the PHF throw blanket! We only covered one of our extra pillows and kept the second pillow case as backup. Adds a beautiful texture to our bedroom.
It's beautiful and just as advertised. It's lightweight and fresh
Very cozy. I really like the weight of this as well as the softness. Very comfortable and will be happy to buy again.
Nice fabric, large zipper makes it easy to put the cover on a body pillow!
I love this Boho pillowcase set! I have found a blanket that has matched the exact pattern and it has certainly brought some warmth into my bedroom. It certainly gives your home a warm, cozy feeling.
Very nice. Nice color and texture. I may need more of these!
Beautiful fabric! Great quality too. Will buy more colors.
Cute
Great quality and feel, but why isn't there a direct color match between the blankets and pillows?
Nice
The color is exactly like the picture and exactly what I wanted. It's very well-made and I love the waffle weave.
Love these! Just as described. Love the look, washed and dried very well. Will buy more of this brand to complete the set!
These are so pretty. Dresses the bed up. I won't be sleeping on them, got them just for the look. Looks so much better than plain pillowcases.
