Where can customers receive their ordered items?
Delivery Address: The address specified in the customer's order.
Where do orders ship from?
California, or an Amazon warehouse located closest to the customer's delivery address.
Order Processing Time: 0 to 2 business days. Order processing takes place Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Time: 2 to 4 business days. Package delivery takes place Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Exceptions apply to remote areas; actual delivery times depend on the courier service's schedule.
Shipping Fees: Free shipping on all orders. Free shipping within the United States(except for Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and American Samoa).
Ordering Process
1. How can I track my order?
After you place an order, we will send you an email containing your shipping details. This email will include a tracking number and a link that allows you to view your estimated delivery time and order status.
2. Why haven't I received an order confirmation email?
Sometimes it takes a few minutes for our emails to be sent, or they may occasionally be misidentified as spam.
Please check all your email folders again after 30 minutes. If you still have not received a confirmation email, please send an email to service@phflinen.com; we would be happy to verify your order and resend the confirmation email for you.

3. Can I change my order?
You can change your order at any time before checkout—simply go to your shopping cart to add or remove items.
If you have already completed the checkout process, please contact us, and we will do our best to modify your order before it ships.
4. Can I cancel my order?
As long as your order has not yet shipped, you may cancel it at any time by contacting us at service@phflinen.com.
However, if your order has already shipped, you will need to return the items yourself.
5. The address listed in my order confirmation email is incorrect—what should I do?

6. I received my package, but my order is incomplete, incorrect, or missing items—what should I do?

7. Free Shipping Policy
Shipping costs for all products listed on our website are covered by us. All shipping fees are borne by PHF, and all delivery methods are provided free of charge.
To qualify for free shipping, the following conditions must be met:
1. You must purchase at least one item.
2. You must successfully complete an online payment on the PHF website.
3. The delivery destination must be located within the United States.

1. How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all PHF-branded products. All items are shipped either from our California warehouse or from the Amazon warehouse closest to the customer's delivery address.
2. Which countries/regions do you ship to?
Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States(except for Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and American Samoa).; we are unable to ship to other regions at this time.
3. How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Once your payment has been verified, we will process and ship your order within 2–8 business days.
4. How long does delivery take?
We sell bedding products within the U.S., and all our inventory has already been shipped to and stored in our California warehouse. Therefore, we will ship your order either from our local California facility or from the Amazon warehouse closest to your delivery address.
During periods of high order volume, shipping may be delayed by a few days. Please allow for additional transit time for your delivery to be completed. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
