Need to make a return?

If you're not satisfied with your PHF order in any way, our team will gladly help to make things right. Just contact us at  service@phflinen.com to apply for a refund. However, please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

How long is the return window?

  • We will accept returns within 30 days of delivery and ask you to cover the delivery costs(No return handling fee).
  • *Please note that we don't accept returns after the 30 day timeframe. If an item is sent back after the 30-day window, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs(No return handling fee).

 

A Few Things to Note:

  • All returned products must be unwashed in their original condition with product tags attached and include outer packaging.
  • Remember to take extra care to pack your return package properly, so they don't get damaged on the way - we are not responsible for any returns until they reach our return address. Please also make sure to get proof of postage for reference in case you need to check the status with the carrier before it reaches us.
  • Sets cannot be refunded individually.
  • Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

    Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty and skincare products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about whether a specific item is eligible for return, please feel free to contact us.

     

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

    We will not accept returns or issue refunds if the item has been used/unsealed, is missing its original packaging, is missing accessories, has been washed, or is damaged. Please be advised that we photograph all items prior to shipment and maintain corresponding sample records.

What is the reason for returning the product?

Reasons we accept for returns include, but are not limited to

1. The product is damaged, or the merchant sends the wrong product,

2. The customer is not satisfied with the product,

Our customer care team will notify you of the decision on your request to refund by email. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within two business days.


Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product is produced or shipped. You will get a full refund when your order is canceled. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.

How To Refund The Product 

Step 1: Please email our customer service representatives at service@phflinen.com to request the exchange/return.

Step 2: Upon receipt of your exchange/return request, our customer service representative will email you the exchange/return instructions and the exchange/return address.

Please follow the instructions to process the exchange/return. (If you return the item, we will not cover the shipping cost.)

We would appreciate it if you could provide us with some photos or other constructive suggestions as return materials, which will give us change for better service.

Step 3: You will receive a refund within one week or have an exchange order processed after we receive your package.

We'll email you once we've processed your refund or exchange.

FYI: It will take a longer time (maybe 1 to 2 weeks, depending on which CC company is used) to process the refund for the bank if your original payment method is a credit card.

Late or Missing Refund

We initiate your refund immediately upon the approval of your request to refund. You will typically receive your refund within 8-10 business days.

If you haven't received a refund yet, please contact your credit card issuing company and your bank, as they often take additional time to process refunds.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to follow our return process for the item you currently have; once your return is accepted, simply place a separate order for the new item you wish to purchase. Once we have received and inspected your returned items, we will notify you and inform you whether your refund request has been approved.

If approved, the refund amount will be automatically credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
