What materials are your products madefrom?
Our products are made from a variety of carefully selected materials, each chosen for its unique benefits and qualities:
Cotton: Breathable, soft, and gets softer with each wash. Most sleepers, especially those with sensitive skin.
Linen: Excellent moisture-wicking, relaxed texture, softens over time. Hot sleepers, humid climates, lovers of natural textures.
Bamboo (Viscose/Rayon): Silky smooth, cooling, moisture-wicking. Those who love a silky feel, sweaty sleepers, and sensitive skin.
Microfiber: Affordable, shrink-resistant, quick-drying, hypoallergenic. Kids' rooms, dorms, rentals, and allergy-prone individuals.
Silk: Natural protein fiber, temperature-regulating, low-friction, reduces hair frizz. Anti-aging, hair/skin care, and luxury seekers.

What size should I choose? Is itdifferent from UK/EU sizes?
Our sizes follow US standard dimensions. Measure your mattress and use this chart:
Twin: 39" x 75"(99 x 191 cm) Applicable to kids' room, dorm
Full: 54" x 75"(137 x 191 cm) Applicable to guest room, single adult
Queen: 60"x 80"(152 x 203 cm) Applicable to most common for master bedrooms
King: 76" x 80"(193 x 203 cm) Applicable to large master bedrooms
Cal. King: 72" x 84"(183 x 213 cm) Applicable to taller individuals
Products Washing & Care
Will new sheets and blankets shrink?
Natural fibers like cotton and linen may shrink slightly (about 3-5%). We pre-shrink our fabrics and add extra allowanceduring c utting. For best results, wash in cold water and dry on low heat before first use to minimize shrinkage.
My blanket is pilling or getting stiff.What should I do?
Can I wash a king-size comforter or heavyblanket in a standard top-loader washing machine?

Where do you usually ship from?
Our warehouse is in California, so all orders within the United States are shipped from our California warehouse.
If you are not in California, we also offer Amazon warehouses, where we can ship from the nearest warehouse if there is stock available.
How many days does it take for yourorder processing and shipping?
Do I need to pay for shipping?

Can I return items if I choose the wrong sizeor simply don't like them?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return unused, unwashed products in their original packaging. For detailed return and exchange information, please refer to our return and exchange policy.
