My wife has always complained about how hot it gets while sleeping with a comforter yet always wants to be covered. I thought a cooling comforter sounded like a great idea but had limited expectations. Upon opening this item, without knowing it was a cooling comforter, my wife raved about how luxurious it felt. Being our first experience with a cooling comforter it is hard to describe but it is so satisfying to feel against your skin as it really does chill you. Over time it does warm to a regular comforter feeling where it has been touching your skin but then you shift slightly and feel another portion of comforter and a fresh cooling effect. It really is fascinating. I have to chuckle to watch my wife drag her "blankie" everywhere because yes of course it came up to bed every night but then she was drag it back downstairs to the couch during the day. Being a king size it was quite amusing but she's already let me know that I need to buy one for the bedroom, one for the couch and my daughter of course is raving how she needs one for her room to. Either way it has helped improve my wife's sleep quality and it is plenty thick enough without being too heavy or hot. Aside from being comfortable and cool, it also looks very nice with having differing patterns on each side. We ordered the blue but will likely order the other color options offered as well for various rooms.

This cooling comforter, which I ordered in queen size and in green, is double-sided with two different designs, if you want to call them that, on each side. I immediately put it in my washer and dryer , and it held up well. I do notice some slight piling, but nothing major. Even out of the dryer, it cools relatively quickly. And it's actually cool to the touch. I put it on my bed, and got the response that we needed it to touch our skin for the cooling to work best. Did I mention that it's super soft? Not like fluffy soft, but smooth soft. For people who sometimes sweat at night, this comforter is a hard worker and does a good job. I think for what it does, it's a great value. And I would totally order another one.

When I received this comforter, it was sitting in the hot sun. So, the comforter was warm to the touch, like it came straight from the dryer. I have one of these comforters from another company, so I was aware that once it was in the air conditioner, it would cool in no time, which it did.This comforter has a silky feel to it; it is soft and lightweight. It says that it is breathable, but I can't feel the fan air blowing with this comforter on. It also features Japanese Arc-Chill technology and Q-MAX >0.4. This means that this comforter will instantly absorb body heat. This is supposed to be perfect for those who are hot sleepers, like me. The comforter also seems to take on whatever temperature it is exposed to. Like it being hot hotside all day in the Louisiana heat.The comforter is well-made and free from defects. It looks nice and comes in many beautiful colors. I would highly suggest it to people who move around, but if you are like me and stay in one location the whole night, I would recommend it. I am giving it 5 stars because my dogs the comforter.

It really kept me cool and slept like a baby. It has the right weight, the fabric feels nice and size is perfect. It is very well put together with a cool white stitching bordering it all around.It comes in 18 different combinations of colors and sizes, so finding the one you like should be easy. One of the labels points to the bottom part but I don't see any difference as far as texture or weight is concerned. I'm not waiting for the summer months to keep using it since I'm always warm to the touch. And lastly, this thing is so soft that you will feel like a king once you try it for a few nights like I did.Some people might find the price a little bit high but, I would gladly pay its asking price since having good-night sleeps are priceless!

Lovely comforter that is light weight and soft. It's a beautiful light blue, even though my photos make it look gray. I was very happy to see on the care tag that it can be both machine washed (cold, gentle) and dried (low). I really like the white piping around the edge and the tag saying "bottom" that helps you get the comforter on the bed in the correct position.The fabric does feel cool when you first cover up with it. After a few minutes the cool feeling fades, but the comforter remains very comfortable, breathable and soft and definitely not hot. I was impressed from the first time I touched the fabric at how soft and smooth the comforter feels. It's currently only early spring, but I look forward to using it on hot summer nights.

This PHF cooling comforter has been in use for a few weeks. It's magical. A gorgeous soft blue. It is soft and lofty like a regular comforter. The fabric is different on each side, one side cools more than the other. It has a lovely weight that caresses your skin.The first night I was awake for 4 hours because I couldn't get warm enough to fall asleep. I was determined to stick with it so that I could give a complete review. The second night it didn't take me long to fall asleep because I flipped the comforter to the other side that isn't as cooling. I no longer sleep with a fan on.This comforter is so cold I'm not sure if I would be able to use it in winter or summer when the AC is on. It is perfect when lounging. People are pretty shocked to see me wrapped in a comforter when it's 80��. It is sort of addictive. We'll worth the price.
